Surface-EMG (Model: NTS-2000-SEMG)

SEMG is a noninvasive electrophysiological examination, the analysis of the signals of surface EMG has great significance in Clinical Diagnosis, Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine.

Introductions:

1. Contains 6 kinds of reports: standard model, frequency model, average model, power spectrum, symmetric test, coordination;

2. Can know patient’s movement in real-time with the SEMG signal;

3. Can integrate with video system for better observation;

4. Can import and backup patient data, and convert into TXT and CSV format which are widely used;

5. Available as a trolley system for better experience.

Features:

1. Portable design and synchronized acquisition of multi-channels: 4, 8 or 16;

2. Wireless transmission: with WIFI interface and it's able to connect with AP/wireless web card directly;

3. Dynamic storage: without limitation of working place, store data in SD card;

4. Quantifying assessment myodynamia, muscular tension, muscle damage level, to do gait analysis;

5. Evaluate and instruct rehabilitation training professionally.

Related Applications:

1: Assist make appropriate assessment and treatment plan of patients/athlete Hemiplegia assessment after Cerebral palsy and stroke (Neurology, Rehabilitation Department): the SEMG muscle strength and muscle tone assessment can minimize the error of the subjective evaluation;

2: Pain assessment: the muscle functions level ad state assessment can find out clinical indications for low back pain patient;

3: Scoliosis, torticollis generic program (Pediatrics, Rehabilitation Department): surface EMG can be used as one of the objective indicators to assess the AIS paravertebral convex, concave side EMG activity, has a good clinical application value;

4: Feedback training (Rehabilitation Department): convert unconscious functional changes in the body to audiovisual signals that can be realized, have self-training under doctor’s guide, and eventually learn to control involuntary and get treated;

5: Fatigue research (Rehabilitation Department, Sports Schools, and Athletic Teams);

6: Gait analysis (Rehabilitation, Neurology Department): combine with external devices such as video system to reveal the limbs disability degree and determine the nature and extent of abnormal gait, and provide the necessary basis for walking function assessment and correction of abnormal gait;

7: Kinematics Research (Sports School): provide an important basis and evaluation method for sports sciences. It can be used to indirectly measure the muscle strength in movement state, also be used to analyze sports technology.
